With having over 6,000 trained sessions, Aaron has positively influenced many people through health and fitness. For his personal workouts he likes to train in power lifting and bodybuilding and he has also completed 2 marathons. His hobbies include snowboarding, golfing, travelling, and supporting the Oregon Ducks football team and the Portland Trailblazers.


"I am here to help. My job is not to convince people to work out and eat healthy foods. I am not a glorified workout partner. I am not a drill sergeant. I am a resource, and if used properly, I am able to help people meet their fitness goals."

"I believe in strength training. Strength training can benefit everybody, young and old. Aside from building strength it also helps relieve stress and tension which in turn helps to alleviate pain. But in order to develop strength continually and safely, programming is a must. Anybody who works out must follow a program because training without a program will inevitably lead to plateauing with the strong possibility of regressing."
